Hi,
How we come to know if someone enters wrong credential in dynamics SL login Screen..
And where the log file will be saved on the wrong entry?
Does anyone have any suggestions?

Unfortunately, there is not way to track failed login attempts in SL. If you want this kind of information you could switch to Windows Authentication. Then you could use the Windows Event logs to review failed logins.
