I have setup a Loyalty scheme where the customer can receive a free item with the purchase of 9 items. The earning and burning rules are as follows:
Earning -
Burning(redeem)
Unable to redeem the loyalty points by using Payment by quantity.
Did somebody else face this kind of issue?

It should working once redeem the loyalty points by quantity. I get the expect result at my side, Like this:
