Hey All,

While exporting the report to excel its showing error as below:

"Print destination Screen is not supported in the current environment redirected print destination to pdf file."

However, exporting to pdf works fine.

What is it? An error message? If so, what were you doing when you got it?

Hi Umesh Pandit,

When the screen print destination is missing from the Print Destination setting form, this message will come out when we try to preview a report. So please check the print destination setting in the related module. Setup -> Forms -> Form setup -> Print management -> related document -> Destination -> print setting

For example: there is no viewer for SSRS reports shipped with Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations On-Premises. When you try to preview a report such as Invoice or Purchase order, you get the same message.

Hi Martin Drab,

I am also facing the same error when printing a report using Print management in D365 F&O on premises. Also, I do not find the "Screen" print option in Print management settings.

Can you please tell us how to fix this issue.

Hi Kurt,

Sorry for the late reply.

No, we did not get the solution yet.

As Ada Ding said, there is no report viewer for D365 FO on prem.

So we are downloading the report as PDF and viewing/printing it.

Kindly share if anyone got the solutions please.
