Accounts Not Showing From Dataverse

Hi,

I have been testing the dataverse connection as we plan on replacing our EPOS system with the integration.

However, none of the accounts are showing in BC from that environment (my most recent clone of live) whereas our old Sandbox shows the accounts.

The BC user clearly has the original security role with the cross BU settings, and the only setting I could find that was different between the environments was the Record Ownership across business units, which I have now turned off.

I can't find any logs pointing to why it can't find the records.

Anyone have any ideas?

    Hello,

    In BC you probably have the option turned on to only sync coupled records (integrating table mapping page).

    There are a few different filters on the Integration Table Mapping.

    "Sync Only Coupled Records" is the first check as Marco suggested. But there is also the "Integration Table Filter" and the "Synch. Modified On Filter". All 3 of those affect what records the integration sees.
