Hi Community,

Can I find out why my user whose General ledger Set up was locked at 1/1/2022 - 31/2/2022, but she can still locked

But if you look at bank statement acc, it was posted at Feb. I have confirm that she posted the one 28/2/20222.

Hi, I did the test.

Yes, the system has no control here.

For NAV, this does not seem to be posting.

Unable to post order.

Hi, If the user cannot post orders, General Journal, etc., but can post Bank recon., I think this may be a bug in this CU version.

Hi Igne,

Not sure I follow you. My user is posting the Bank recon..

As I'm aware, in Bank Recon, there is just one button call Post. Once post, that's it.

Our user set up only has Posting Start Period and End Period that is relevant to this case.

The same user posted again in feb, where her user set up allow period was only in Jan, and she was able to do so.

Hi, This is very strange, is this posted from the page? You can let the user try it again in a test environment.
If it is Job Queue or other external tools, it may not be posted by this user.
You can find the relevant G/L Registers, and see who is the user ID for the specific posting?

What bank / general ledger entres was posted as part of the bank statement handling?

Can the user setup had other values during posting?
