Problem Server - IP Range - Firewall

Hi, I'm having problems with Unified Service Desk. We give an update from version 2.2.2 to 4.0 and when I want to access the application, it throws an error against the server because it is blocked by the firewall. My question is if the links of the servers changed, in order to obtain the new table and thus give traffic permits. Any information serves. Thank you.
