Hi all,

I have a client implementing D365 F&SC with a specific requirement to auto-approve a PO if a change to the delivery date is within +/- 14 days of the original (or current) delivery date. I can't see a way to configure a workflow condition like this as standard? The only out-of-the box delta conditions appear to be relating to the invoice amount, and I can only seem to define a delivery date-related condition based on an absolute/relative value to today's date. Does anyone know if this can be achieved as standard or am I looking at a custom condition?

Hi Julian,

This requirement can only be achieved using an extension (customization). The current delta amount field for the workflow is a calculated field on the workflow document class. You can extend the class and add new calculated fields for the workflow.
