Is there any other way to access Business Central Web Service?

Current Scenario:

Right now if any user want to use web services of business central then they can use with the help of User name and Web Service Access Key. but is there any other way or Other authentication type to use Web services of business central?

Requirement:

I have scenario in which 3rd party applications wanted to use web services of business central.  but for that we need to send user name and web service access key manually. but what if i want to this credential automatically? for that is there any functionality is available?
