Save / Save&Close Buttons not working when one or more address fields have been populated.

Good afternoon,

Myself and my colleagues have encountered a problem with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Version 1710 (9.1.0.33 Trial Account) online and we were wondering if any of you has encountered this error. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

As mentioned in the Title, the Save and Save&Close buttons are not working upon an attempt to create a record in the Account and Contact entities via the Sales Interface.

Any input of information in the address fields makes the SAVE and SAVE&CLOSE buttons impossible to interact with, no record can be observed in the console when an attempt to click on the buttons is made.

The buttons are active and working if the address fields are left empty. The problem is reproducible in the Sales interface only, quick create and unified interface is working fine. The error persists across Edge, Chrome, IE and Firefox.

Once again any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hello again lmarchev, 

    Could you please try if the following workaround solves the issue:

    Please go to: 

    New account ->Form->Form properties

    and remove the following system scripts:
    GeoCodeForm.js and
    GeoCodeUtils.js
    Click on Save & Publish.

    Now please try to Save a newly created Account entity with entered Address.

    As this is happening to multiple users, I would suggest to raise a tocket with Microsoft support. It is possibly be abug in the current version.

    Hello lmarchev ,

    I'm facing absolutely the same issue with Main forms of Accounts and Contacts entities with a Trial account, Version 1710 (9.1.0.33) Online. The Save/Save&Close works until some information is entered in some of the Address fields. A curious feature is that the same issue is not applicable to the Leads entity Main form.  Another curious feature is that the issue is valid just for newly created accounts in about two weeks ago, while for older created and updated after that to the same latest version the issue is not observed.
