    I am not seeing anything reported here internally.  Can you describe what is slow in the Sandbox?  For the action/pages that are slow do you have extensions in place?  If so, can you uninstall the 3rd party extension and see if the performance improves?

    From about 3 hours Sandobx are return to works fine. I think that the slow mode it was causated by some problem in MS like yesterday in WUE tenants.
