Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Archived)

update SharePoint import organization

Posted on by 525

Recently we migrated our CRM 2016 (V 8.2) on-premise to a different on-premise server by using data base restore and import organization.

Our SharePoint (on-premise) team also migrated to new Version (on-premise) and with new URL but maintained same folder structure as previous SharePoint has.

Because we imported the organization, what changes should we made to integrate with new SharePoint.

We thought to change only in following place.

Settings  > Document management >  Document management Settings > SharePoint side

After changed, click next in the wizard, but getting an error says "CertificateData for CertificateType: S2STokenIssuer not found."

Questions:

1. What could be the reason to get the above error?

2.  Are there any other places need to update?

3. in Settings >  Document management Settings, we could not see an option to enable server side sync, because we imported the organization Is that the reason we don't see that option?
