My client has a laptop in a docking station with an additional monitor set in high resolution and FRx will not launch. When the resolution is lowered on the monitor FRx will launch. The user does not want to change the resolution of the larger monitor. Has anyone run into this situation before? Is there a way to get FRx to launch in this situation? Does Microsoft support dual monitors in high resolution? Thanks in advance for your help!

Hi Julie,
This is a known issue and not sure whether the recent service pack has address this concern. Try applying the latest service pack test again. If still persist, log a case to Microsoft so it can be address accordingly.
