Opportunity List Problem

Dear All,

The issue is that Opportunity List automatically goes out to History of Opportunity entries.

How to recover opportunity list from History opportunity entries and Why this Happen.

    Hi Vishwas,

    the opportunity list is what is says - the list of all opportunities, regardless of their current status. Some might suggest to delete closed opportunities (there is even a batch job created for that), though you will lose the history.

    To have both - filter the Opportunity List by Status ('Not Started'|'In Progress') and click to 'Save View'. Put it on your Home screen (named 'Open Opportunities) and you will have the shortcut to the open opportunities and still retain the history.
