unified interface views not showing record information

Hello!

I am experiencing issues in my views: I cannot see the record information until I open a record and go back to the view.

Has anyone else experienced this issue or know how to solve it?

    Hi SofiaP,

    • Are you still experiencing this behavior? 
    • Does did happen for all your system views, personal views?
    • Does this happen for all system users?
    • Does this happen on custom or out of the box entities?

    Please update this thread since this is not an expected behavior and possibly you should raise a Support Incident to investigate. 

    Please let me know your answers.
