Cannot delete unposted invoice in case Navision 2015 find it duplicate invoice number.

Can anyone help why cannot delete up posted invoice? Such unposted invoice are could not be posted due to duplicate invoice number. The one already posted. Error message appears "The purch. inv. header already exists. Identification fields and values: no=Inv+ (number)

Hi

Best way is to allow manual renumbering of unposted invoices, renumber it and then try again. You need to look at the numbering series links between unposted and posted invoices as there is an issue. Neil
