40In my project crm online when ever a mail is sent to ms crm through any one of the mail boxes the body of the email must be visible in customer comment field in case entity for this we created plugin and the plugin is working fine but for one customer who send a mail to ms crm the customer comment is filled with html text like ( calibre, font size, emailtype it's keep on looped for so many times ) even I forward the email with empty body without any text then also it's getting same error but if I copy and send within a new email then it is working perfectly can some one please help me.
