From 21st of November the address on the swiss qr bills needs to be in a structured format (today unstructured)
I have updated the electronic reporting with latest models but the address is still unstructured.
I hoped that MS would support this since its a requirement but since it doesn’t work even after updating all models in electronic reporting I wanted to see if anyone have any experience in this.

Please tell the Electronic reporting configuration that you are using, and some details on what changes are expected now.. i will try to give ideas on what kind of changes can be done in existing file to handle the situation..

Thank you for the information.

I was trying to find details about Swiss QR Bill.

In ER, it is given for both vendors and customer side, please clarify for which one you are looking for.

Information that i collected from Swiss Implementation Guidelines for the QR-bill as as below:

And related to this, i was able to find in

It contains both structured and unstructured. If the address type is passed as "S", it is treated as structured.

Is there anything else you are looking for.

Thanks.

We use it for both but for now its on the customer invoice where we have the issue.

It says structured here but when scanning the qr code from our invoice it's not so there must be something chaning this or overrunning.

Hello everyone,

We have already changed the address format on a trial basis and migrated the “AddressLine1” field to ‘Street’ and “House number”.

Yes, from my point of view, the ER "Swiss QR-Bill text" already contains the mappings to output not only address type- K “Combined”, but also address type- S Structured, as @CA Neeraj Kumar mentioned.

After lengthy discussions, we found the following release notes:

“Dynamics 365 Finance 10.0.46 (December 2025)”

The release contains:

Accounts receivable (Switzerland);

Structured addresses in QR-Bill; This feature enables structured addresses (address type “S”) for both biller and debtor, with each address broken into its individual components. -> Feature management
