LS Central- Use of multiple coupons

I use LS Central SaaS version.
 
I configured a tender type offer where the number of coupons required are 2 so that the customer gets a $100 discount amount when he pays using this tender type and apply 2 coupons.
when applying the 2 coupons, the discount is calculated correctly but only one coupon is eliminated and burnt, the other one is still active!
 
Any ideas appreciated

However, the issue of only one coupon being burned suggests a potential problem in how LS Central processes the redemption logic for multiple coupons.
     
    Suggested Steps to Resolve:
    1. Review the "Coupon Qty Needed" Field:
      • It seems you've set this field to 2, which is correct. However, ensure that this setting is properly saved and applied to the tender type offer.
    2. Check the "Tender Type Code" Behavior:
      • Verify if the tender type code (10 in your case) is configured to handle multiple coupons. It's possible that the system is burning only the first coupon due to a limitation in how the tender type processes discounts.
    3. Coupon Validation Logic:
      • Navigate to the Coupon Validation settings. Confirm that it’s programmed to burn multiple coupons when the Coupon Qty Needed condition is met.
    4. Test with Different Scenarios:
      • Attempt transactions with varying numbers of coupons (e.g., 1, 2, 3) to observe if the system consistently burns the expected number.
      • Check if the second coupon remains active regardless of the sequence in which they are scanned or applied.
    5. Confirm Latest Updates:
      • Make sure your LS Central SaaS version includes all recent patches or updates. Past releases may have contained bugs in coupon handling that have since been resolved.
    6. Engage LS Retail Support:
      • If the issue persists, it might be a bug or a limitation of the current system. In such cases:
        • Gather detailed logs of the transactions.
        • Provide a clear description of your tender type and coupon configuration.
        • Reach out to LS Retail Support to escalate the issue. They may provide a fix or guidance on further customization.
