Dynamics 365 CRM 2016 on Prem ClickDimensions Email Send screen freezes when opened in Chrome

When we open a draft ClickDimensions Email Send form in Chrome and scroll to the bottom of the form we are unable to scroll back up, the screen freezes. Does anyone know how to resolve this issue. Click advised to turn off legacy form rendering but we have some older javascript running so are unable to do this. Thanks in advance
