A user is receiving entity related error during configuration of Dynamics 365 for outlook. The error message is The entity doesn't exist. Please specify the related entity.

Does anyone know the solution for this error message?

Hello,

Can you try to give him the system Amin role andd try to configure the Outlook Addon ?

I suppose that there is a security issue here..
