We are starting to use the fixed asset module in GP 2015 next week. I tried to grant security access to one of our users and she still can't add fixed assets. I added FA Manager to her list of user roles. Did I miss something?

Hi Katrice

FA Manager should be fine. So things that spring to mind:

- Did she log out and back in to GP after you assigned the role?

- Can she access the Fixed Asset cards at all?

- If she can access the cards - are there any error messages?

Never mind. She was logging into the wrong company.
