i need to create a smart list that has all the existing tables in the sales transaction smart list - but i also need to include if the order has a hold on it.
What tables should i use?

The source of the sales process holds info will be in the SOP10104 table. This is for both WORK and HISTORY. You will need to link this with your sales table (either SOP10100 or SOP30200, depending on what you need.)
