Did you reset all your databases back to prior to the upgrade? This will allow you to completely start over. After it upgrades the DYNAMICS database you will be presented with a list of company databases. Unselect the GC company.

I tried this but all company up gradation is necessary for login GP . otherwise it does not allow me to login

Put GM back. When you run GP Utilities unclick GC as a company to upgrade. It will upgrade all the others.

Yes, but when I added grant management I can not log in other company as well. There was some grant management table exist in GC database and they do not allow me to install fixed assets due to product error so I drop all the GM table from GC and install fixed assets successfully without GM and GM is not exist in DYNAMICS.SET file as well.

How can that be? You said you added it and the other companies were fine. Do you see it in your DYNAMICS.SET file?

I would log into any company and go to Microsoft Dynamics->Maintenance->SQL -> choose GC as your database and Grant Management as the product. Mark everything and then click Drop Auto Procedure and Create Auto Procedure and then click Process. This will rebuild all the Grant Management stored procedures. You may need to do this on the old GP before upgrading but try it first on the new GP.

    Hi Richard,

Now I am able to install FA but without Grand Management when I add GM and run the GP utilities it occur below error only in GC compnay.

The following SQL statement produced an error:

CREATE PROC dbo.zDP_GTM20002VF_1 (@aaBudgetID_RS int, @YEAR1_RS smallint, @aaFiscalPeriod_RS smallint, @aaBudgetID_RE int, @YEAR1_RE smallint, @aaFiscalPeriod_RE smallint) AS  set nocount on IF @aaBudgetID_RS IS NULL BEGIN SELECT TOP 25  aaBudgetID, aaBudget, YEAR1, aaFiscalPeriod, aaTrxDim, aaTrxDimCode, STRTDATE, ENDDATE, Balance, PERIODDT, DEX_ROW_ID FROM .GTM20002V ORDER BY aaBudgetID ASC, YEAR1 ASC, aaFiscalPeriod ASC END ELSE IF @aaBudgetID_RS = @aaBudgetID_RE BEGIN SELECT TOP 25  aaBudgetID, aaBudget, YEAR1, aaFiscalPeriod, aaTrxDim, aaTrxDimCode, STRTDATE, ENDDATE, Balance, PERIODDT, DEX_ROW_ID FROM .GTM20002V WHERE aaBudgetID = @aaBudgetID_RS AND YEAR1 BETWEEN @YEAR1_RS AND @YEAR1_RE AND aaFiscalPeriod BETWEEN @aaFiscalPeriod_RS AND @aaFiscalPeriod_RE ORDER BY aaBudgetID ASC, YEAR1 ASC, aaFiscalPeriod ASC END ELSE BEGIN SELECT TOP 25  aaBudgetID, aaBudget, YEAR1, aaFiscalPeriod, aaTrxDim, aaTrxDimCode, STRTDATE, ENDDATE, Balance, PERIODDT, DEX_ROW_ID FROM .GTM20002V WHERE aaBudgetID BETWEEN @aaBudgetID_RS AND @aaBudgetID_RE AND YEAR1 BETWEEN @YEAR1_RS AND @YEAR1_RE AND aaFiscalPeriod BETWEEN @aaFiscalPeriod_RS AND @aaFiscalPeriod_RE ORDER BY aaBudgetID ASC, YEAR1 ASC, aaFiscalPeriod ASC END set nocount
