Automatic quality orders without item sampling / no inventory blocking

We want to make use of automated Quality orders, based on/linked to production orders - making use of quality association Routing. Is it possible to do this without item sampling or at least without any quantity being blocked?

Automatic quality orders without item sampling / no inventory blocking

No, unfortunately to be able to create a quality order, you need to do item sampling and thus you are doing an inventory blocking.

Only with customization you would be able to do this without reservation.
