Hi all.
Although the following opportunity is in stage Propose as seen below,

stage is not shown under column Sales Stage in Grid view.
Any ideas why is that?

The latest post from Ali looks like a solution.
Can you provide more info on how to configure the BPF table view to view opportunities data?

    Hi Team,

Correct, the "Sales Stage" field don't reflect stages from BPF as BPF is a separate table with 1:N  opportunity:BPF table (consider its opportunity table), as mentioned in prior answers. I remember before, CRM used to update the BPF stage in a "single line of text" field. But I think Microsoft no longer maintaining that functionality for opportunity BPF stage.

To reflect BPF stage back in Opportunity, we will need to build Power Automate FLOW or may be custom code preferably develop action and call from PA Flow or Real time WF if need is to sync changes in real time.

The pipeline uses stage from Sales Business Process FLOW and pipeline don't pick stages from this field.

Business Process Flow table View: Lead To Opportunity Sales Process
However, We can also use or configure the BPF table view to view opportunities data w.r.t each stage. And here we can bring opportunity  / lead fields from Related (parent) table.

    Thanks
    Regards
    Ali

Business Process Flows (the stages at the top of the record) are actually an entirely separate table from the Opportunity itself. It also has a 1:N relationship with Opportunities, meaning more than one process can be on a record at a time.

This means we can't pull the field value directly into Opportunity views. I would recommend writing a workflow that runs on the Opportunity Sales Process BPF table that runs on change of [Stage] and populates the [Sales Stage] field on the Opportunity to the current value.

I believe you can only do it for the Business Process Stages and in particular the Opportunity Sales Process only

Just understood that Sales Stage and Pipeline Phases are different things.... This is why this is not showing.
Can i use a Kanban view based on Pipeline Phase?
