Hi,
One possible reason for this error message is user does not have access to the table. You can try Grant.sql to grant access to all users GP databases. You can find this script in the in Util folder (in SQL folder) in GP installation folder. Example C:\Program Files\Microsoft Dynamics\GP\SQL\Util\

First, try running check links on your payables open and historical tramsactions tables. Make sure you have a good back up.
