No archiving features in "DE" tenant

Within a "us" tenant i see "Archive Document" action on the sales order card and when searching for "Archive" i see the "Sales Order Archives" in the search results:

Within a "de" tenant, i can't find the action for achiving the sales order and under search the "Sales Order Archives" page is also not available:

The current user has "SUPER" Permissions and in both cases the "premium" user experience is activated.

Has anyone an idea?
