When clicking "view" under the journal tab on Store Operations manager a loading cursor appears and does not go away causing me to have to shut down the application and reopen. On the point of sale page, hitting F4, causes the desktop to crash every single time.
I'm trying to recall a transaction from a previous day for a customer who lost her receipt. I have the reference number and the date but don't know where to go from there since "Journals" has never worked on my system.
