Is there an API or OData web service for Talent? We'd like to pull employee information from Talent to an external physical time entry system.
Any input, info, feedback, direction, ... is welcome

oData API is available for Talent. Please check the link:
Looks like API is not available for external integration as Talent is a SaaS offering. But you can try MS Flow or CDS for data integration purpose.
