Attaching a note to a non-conformance order in D365F&O

Hello,
I am trying to attach a file and or note to a non-conformance order in D365F&O and am not able to do so.
The New button in the attachment window is greyed out:
 
 
The Quality management is enabled in the Inventory and warehouse management parameters form...not sure what to do from here.

    Hey,
     
    Did you notice any difference between  open and closed Non conformances? In case that you cant add a note to closed NC, then you may need to set the according table to "Always enabled", which is described in this blog:
     
    If you generally cant attach something, then I would check the general setup here:

    Do you have an order selected? The title Attachments to Unlinked sounds suspicious.

    Is this behavior showing only on the non-conformance order ? Did you try on other form and your able to attach a document?
