A user is getting this error when using GP 2013 in the "Sales Transaction" window. I'm new to GP, and I don't know where to go from here.
The picture scrolled up, and scrolled all the way down.

the trigger is failing because the window does not have isNew field, maybe your security needs to be changed, you need access to the altered/modified window, the one with the isNew field on it.
