59I am trying to display the subgrid on case create form in the CRM portal. The subgrid shows fine in the edit mode but in insert mode it doesn't show anything at all. I understand this is because of record not created yet so we can't associate related records to it. But is there some way I can show a message to user that please create a record to enable this section (something like we see in the CRM when we create a new record). Is there any OOB way of doing this?
Any suggestions would be highly appreciated.
