We have an issue where a Final Approval email is being sent at each step of the PO Requisition process. The Req is not actually final approved, however the email is being sent to notify the Purchasing Agent that the Req has been Final Approved and ready to purchase (even when the PO has not met the final approve step yet).
Has anyone else seen this behavior?
We are on Microsoft Dynamics GP 18.4.1436 (2021)..

You're running into a documented issue that is scheduled to be fixed in the Fall 2022 release.
The only work-around we've seen work for some customers, is to change the workflow steps to 'End Workflow Path' rather than 'Continue to Next Step', but doing this will impact how your workflows work and process, so, be advised of that also.
