CRM Outlook client tracking of Emails

Hi All,

A user is using the outlook client to track emails. When he click on track, no issue occurred but when he looked at his "Received Emails" it doesn't appear on the list. Can anyone help me on why this issue occur?

    Tracking can take up to 15 minutes if you have server side sync configures so check back later to see if the email is there. You can see once the email is tracked because th view in crm button is no longer greyed out. Can the user see there email in CRM at all? If they can then it must be the Received Emails view that is filtering it out, so use advanced find to gradually reduce the filter until you see it.
