Hello,

I was wondering if anyone know how to download the pictures uploaded to inspection templates? It seems they are stored on the "Note" table but not as actual files. I guess i should be able to download and restore them using a power automate flow, i just dont know how to do it.

Hey

Typically, this is a Base64 string stored on the table. Using powerAutomate, you should be able to retrieve it and convert it using a Compose action with base64ToBinary(your_base64_string) function.

You can follow the information on https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Building-Flows/Is-there-a-way-to-convert-Base64-string-to-image-and-upload-it/td-p/795178 and https://www.enjoysharepoint.com/convert-base64-to-an-image-file-in-power-automate/

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone knows how to download images from my website. The images are stored in a specific section, but I’m having trouble figuring out how to download them. I believe they are saved in a format that might require a custom solution, such as a Power Automate flow, to retrieve and restore them. Any advice or solutions would be greatly appreciated!
