Hello All,
I've been attempting to add a button to this toolbar. However, every time i attempt to add a button the page does not update and show the new button. I'm not sure why this is occurring. Currently i have the latest version of Unified Service Desk 4.1 installed. I've attached below the tutorial that I am following.

Good to know that you were able to attach the toolbar button to toolbar and started using UCI as well. This unpleasant behavior may happen with any other custom forms, resolution is same, search for the newly created child record again and add it to the grid on parent form.
After further review. The new UIC has an issue with adding new buttons to an existing toolbar. It will add them to the CRM system, but will not associate them to that toolbar. To overcome this issue you will need to access the Unified Service Desk interface through the new data model structure under UIC.
Search for the button again that you may have already created and just add it here. You can click on the small associated grid icon that is beside the plus icon, it will take you associated grid view, click "add existing" and select the button that you may have already created.
