Report- Is it possible to generate some report which gives me eatimate of each resource at one glance about it's busy and available hours.

Not sure if you have had an opportunity to review the Resource and Utilization Report which is available from Field Service by browsing to Resources > Reports. I've also included the following which runs you through what Metric reports are available etc. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/field-service/scheduling-analytics-reports.
