How do I add the external number to a general ledger account?

I want the external document number to be registered with the general ledger account 89100 as well. Does anyone know how to set this up?

How do I add the external number to a general ledger account?

I tested the standard database and did not encounter this problem. These two lines don't appear to be standard builds (Or post manually?), does this environment contain any customizations?

How do I add the external number to a general ledger account?

Deducting from the (Dutch) descriptions in your entries, the 89100 is a COGS account.

Since a COGS account is entirely internal, and not at all customer-facing, there is no intrinsic need to have the value available at all.

If you do require the Ext Doc No., look into the COGS posting routines... cannot help you with that (since I do not touch code)
