We are working in GP10- Project accounting. We have more than 20 sites where the transactions are entered. We need to restrict the user for certain transactions only. How do we give authorisation for user specific transactions.

Limiting users to specific types of transactions is not supported in GP out of the box. You might consider Extender windows to accept the transactions and SmartConnect to move those transactions into the GP PA transaction windows. You can control who has access to which Extender window and only allow desired types of transactions in specific windows.
