Hi,
I'm looking for an out of the box solution how to order configurable material. Material handling (reception) , Material costing ,Material leadtime ...
Simplified Example : supplier is supplying Padelrackets. There are 4 shapes of padel rackets, 3 different types of grips and about 300 colors and Since I'm only buying 50 Padelrackets a year, I do not want to create,maintain (4*3*300) article numbers.

Are you using Dynamics 365 Intelligent Order Management? I ask as we have no concept for material handling or costing or leadtime. We deal only with products. Products within IOM do not support dimensions, and so as you mentioned if you have a product with 3 variants, you will have 3 products in IOM.
