RapidStart Configuration

Posted on by 35

When clicking "Configure" after completing a project and passing validation, I receive the following error: "An unexpected error occured while importing table 'GL00100'. The import process cannot continue.  Index was out of range.  Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection. Parameter name:index"

Please help!

Thanks,

-Matt G

This is usually caused by a data problem with the spreadsheet you are importing from.  Check the Account Categories and make sure they are listed exactly (they are case sensitive) as they should be.

I've seen "Tax expense" when it should be "Tax Expense"

Also - "Nonfinancial accounts' when it should be "Nonfinancial Accounts"

These are a few examples I am able to find where this exact same error\problem were reported and this was the fix.  If you need further assistance you should open a case with the support team.
