So far there has been no official messages from Microsoft about this. SQL Server 2012 is still very new and if you look at the previous new version of SQL, then it took them about two months before issuing a support announcement. And this time they are just planning to release the Dynamics NAV 2013 beta version in May. So I my guess that they are quite busy and it could take more time. But who knows?
On the other hand then there are already reports from users that Dynamics NAV 2009 and SQL Server 2012 runs fine. But I wouldn't start running it in a production environment before I had tested in all ways, and hopefully by then an official support message from Microsoft would be there also.
