If you're looking specifically for a stored procedure, then all the eConnect stored procedures come pre-installed on v10.0, no need to install eConnect. They all start with "ta". For your specific case taCreateUpdateBatchHeaderRcd is probably what you're looking for. You can look at the eConnect SDK for more details on how to use it.
