Hi there,
Does anyone know what the latest on being able to create/edit rules for routing in the Unified Interface is? For a while it was slated to be fixed with Service Update 86, but I see in the release notes that it has disappeared, as has any reference to it in the next few SUs. Are we ever going to get this? Has anyone else figured out how to work around this?

In the April 2019 release when I go to edit a rule I get a javascript error and there's no way to build the IF part of the condition in the new UI
However, since then I installed the October 2019 Early Release on a sandbox environment and that appears to have been resolved. I had previously seen this as part of Service Update 86 which went GA last weekend, so I guess that it got pushed to the major version. Thanks for the response.

Can you give a bit more context of the issue that you are having or what you intend to do?
From Unified Interface now, you can access Advanced Settings and from there you can create/edit the Routing Rules.
Which version are you on?
Online/Onprem?
