Hi, can anyone offer advice on how to use the employee address fields in the benefit eligibility rules? I’ve tried with ‘purpose’ = Business and ‘state’ = xxx but it doesn’t return any results.

I tested this in my own environment and it worked fine. I only used one condition. My setting is:
Did you check if there are really any employees are eligible for the two conditions you set?
