Hi Gents,

Here showing error " An error has occurred, Please return to home page and try again " while adding from Quick create form.

It is not affecting to adding item, The form works fine. But showing error msg.

How can get it resolved??.

  • There no functions of JS or Plugins running in form.

    Hi,

    If you see error message in Dynamics CRM On-Premises, you can investigate the issue by one or several of the followings.

    1. Get a HAR capture

    - Open the Network tool in F12 developer tools

    - Reproduce the issue

    - Export captured traffic as a HAR (CTRL + S)

    2. Event logs from Event Viewer

    - Start Event Viewer

    - Select Computers

    - Adjust Event Viewer Settings

    - Save Event Logs

    - View Event Details

    3. Get a CRM Server Platform Trace

    community.dynamics.com/.../enable-tracing-for-dynamics-crm-on-premises

    In case you don't see the route cause from the above logs, you can reach out to Microsoft Support.

    Hi,

    Can you open Quick create form and provide screenshot of form to see if any function is attached on any event?

    If there are no function attached then I am afraid you will have to log support ticket with microsoft.
