Process action associated with this process in not activated

Hello all, This message is showing in Opportunity: Project Information form shows after I save the Opportunity, I have Highlighted it in the image attached. Anyone know why it is coming? I have also checked the Lead Opportunity Business process flow but now able to understand why it is coming?

    Hi Ishan,

    To me it looks like yoru current business process flow is linked to some custom action which is now deactivated.

    A record in CRM can have multiple Business processes attached. One of them is deactivated.
