Job location - what to enter here?

I'm entering City and State and it does not show anything once I hit save on the main page with all the job listings. I tried adding the country and it still doesn't appear anything.

Is there a specific location that it's requesting?

Location relates to the physical location of the job. It is a text field which is edited and displayed on the job hub. It is not displayed in the job list on the Welcome page. There is no specific business logic tied to that field.
