How to return PO with non inventoried items?

Hi,

I am on end user and trying to return PO with non inventoried items. Every time I click on items under return transaction, it shows security privilege error. IT has assigned all the required rights, still its no allowing me. Plus I am doubtful is this the right way of returning non inventoried items. Kindly help.

Hi

This is actually a Dynamics GP query, so should go into the Dynamics GP forum - not Business Central. However, as that is my specialty, I can answer it for you.

If you are clicking the lookup button on the Item Window, then the security access needed is to the lookup window. It looks like it is blocking your access to the "Purchase Order Items" window.

This way to do returns is fine for both inventory and non-inventory.
