Since Microsoft discontinued Social Engagement features for all Dynamics 365, is it possible to create case from Twitter or Facebook with Microsoft Flow?
I have tried to create Leads records and it was successful but when it comes to create cases record, I was getting error.
anyone perhaps could please help me to solve this? because my client want to create case from Twitter and Facebook
